MAHCO is excited to continue offering the IPMC Certification Study Group. Join fellow members in preparing to take the certification exam for IPMC Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector. The following books are required for reference: 2018 or 2021 International Property Maintenance Code, 2018 or 2021 International Residential Code and Legal Aspects of Code Administration.
